What an amazing easter we’ve had

Busiest ever Easter at Wild Pines Park. So much fun was had as we saw signs of the sunshine too. We opened the doors to over 2000 people and are so thankful for everyone who spreads the word. Here’s a selection of the unbelievably lovely things people have said about us.

What a fabulous place! We didn't know wild pines park even existed untill recently, we visited for the first time Easter weekend and wasn't disappointed, we booked mini golf, Easter egg hunt and the beginners adventure course. We are a family of four and all decided to give this ago such a good experience so much fun we hadn't done anything like this before it was the BEST day! The staff were so friendly and always on hand to help or to give words of encouragement, We will definitely be back :)

Such a fun afternoon! The different courses kept our children, 6,10 and 12, mum and dad and 72 year old grandpa well entertained! The team were fab, very kind and supportive. We especially liked manager Megan's kind, happy nature. We tried the crazy golf too, fun to play.

Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant day out with my two boys. They weren’t so sure, but when you get there the polite staff and their guidance is second to none. A HUGE shoutout has to go to Max. He greeted us as we arrived as he was watching over another group. He didn’t say don’t come to close etc etc. Just a friendly welcome and explained the courses, gave my boys high fives and said see you soon…….Then he did see them soon!! A little hiccup the 6 year old on the first zip wire. After some subtle instructions from Max, which didn’t compute with the little one, Max jumped up and encouraged him and away he went! Then for the next 2 hours two kids who had fear of heights and trees were suddenly flying along like Tarzan! Credit to the staff here. They make the experience, and thank you if you ever read this.

Fabulous place to visit, practically on our doorstep - came with young children as their first time and it didn’t disappoint. We all had a fab time, experienced new things, accomplished new challenges and also did the the Easter egg hunt too. Staff were amazing, it was very well Organised and was just a fab day! Hammocks were a great hit it too! Cafe was great too

Wild pines park is a fantastic place to visit. A really lovely location. The staff are friendly, welcoming and it was amazing how they knew where everyone was on the course at any one time. The rope courses are a good length and challenging. Plenty of zip wires too. The mini golf is great fun and different to the usual ones. We didn’t have time for archery or the bear hunts. It’s easy to spend 3-4 hours here and on a good weather day you could spend even more time. We will definitely be back.

Took my 2 grandsons here. They thoroughly enjoyed it. Zip wires and climbing trees. While there one of the courses had to close because of Storm Kathleen blowing a gale. We were offered a partial refund or a round of crazy golf and snacks. The boys chose the golf and chocolates. So 4 of us played crazy golf which was really good fun and the boys had chocolate bars.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. They constantly walked round checking that all was ok.
Despite the weather being drizzling and windy we had a great afternoon. Enjoyed the whole experience.

Absolute gem of a place. Been numerous times with the kids over the years. The courses are perfect for all abilities. Super value for money when you consider how many hours you can spend there.

Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful giving encouragement and assistance where required. Forget the big corporate activity centres - come here.

My kids are always exhausted by the end of the session.

My family (plus my daughter's friend) and I (41, 40, 14, 13, 10) have had a fabulous day here today. From the off, the team Erin, Daisy, Max and Alex were brilliant. We paid for the full experience and after a safety briefing, which included practising with the harness system, we were directed to the practice course. This is great to get to grips with moving around the steel ropes as it does take a bit of getting used to moving across the sections. From here we did the main course, the zip wire course and finally the challenge course. This was significantly harder than the main course and the the team were on hand when my youngest (and myself🙈) had a moment of struggle. They offered advice on how to tackle the section and some very welcome positive encouragement.

After dinner we all had a second attempt on all of the courses; the older two girls got extra in as they were much quicker and more fearless.

We finished the day off with my two daughters doing a time trial on the practice course, with Erin offering to time them. They didn't make the board but had fun trying.

The food and drink at the hut is very reasonablly priced, which was a very welcome surprise as often I feel you can be charged too much for a simple coffee.

This place itself is a great day out but made that much better because the staff are amazing. They genuinely want you to have a great time without any compromise on safety. They were very alert as to what was going on across the entire course and quick to act on anyone experiencing any moments of panic/fear.

We will all ache tomorrow.

Thanks guys.

Took the grandchildren aged 8, 9 and 13 and had a fabulous time including myself who at 73 was a bit apprehensive since it looks and is in places quite physically demanding. Having said that its do able because there is no rush and plenty time to rest. The children absolutely loved it and we shall return in a few months when the youngest has stretched a couple of more inches. There is an advisory height of 1.4 metres to be able to complete the various courses on your own and the youngest at 1.3 metres struggled without my assistance, although he managed at his insistence 70% of the time which is why I took up the rear.

We paid for the full package which includes the challenge course which we were unable to complete due to the girls having some problems have way through. It was not the heights which they had a problem with but the revolving log pieces seemed to freak them out. But the staff very efficiently came to the rescue. So next visit we will definitely have a go again.

It is well organised with a very safe safety system which ensures that at no time are you disconnected from the safety cable.

When we go again I will make sure the kids practice several times on the change of direction mechanism which can be a bit daunting when you are 10 metres up a tree.

In conclusion I would recommend this experience to anyone who does not have an issue with heights.

And another plus is that other family members can go along at no charge to watch and have a picnic and in our case for granny to take videos and photos.
